Sulajja Firodia Motwani is currently holding the position of Vice President in Kinetic Engineering Limited. She is the founder and CEO of Kinetic Green Energy & Power Solutions Limited. Aspires to be a leader in clean transportation and electric vehicles, with plans to expand into EV's, SUVs, and small electric taxis. Kinetic Group's business has expanded and grown dramatically during her tenure. Kinetic manufactures a wide range of motorcycles, including mopeds, scooters, and motorcycles. She recently reorganized the organization and expanded the operations to include automated systems and clean energy. The first bike Kinetic developed was almost 65% imported, but now kinetic buy everything locally. Kinetic uses batteries manufactured in India to design their E-vehicles. The Kinetic Group has been played an important role not only in the production of electric bicycles but also in policy development and the supply chain.
Mahua Acharya, CEO of Convergence Energy Solutions
Mahua Acharya is the CEO of the Convergence Energy Services Limited (Convergence). It comes under EESL. Energy Efficiency Services Ltd (EESL) is a public sector joint venture under the Indian Ministry of Energy. She has 20 years of experience in green finance, renewable energy, and carbon markets. She specializes in international climate finance and carbon markets and has lived and worked in Europe, the Americas, Asia, and India. She will bring innovative thinking, management skills, and new EV knowledge to her new position in India. According to the report, her skills are well suited to take EESL to new markets and sectors. Before that, she served as deputy director of the Global Green Growth Institute, an intergovernmental organization based in Seoul and active in 31 countries. She has also worked in the position of M&A Manager at ArcelorMittal and Carbon Finance Specialist at the World Bank. She passed her MA in Environmental Management from Yale University and dedicated herself to save the environment.
Suman Mishra, CEO of Mahindra Electric
Suman Mishra is the Mahindra and Mahindra Automotive Division's Senior Vice President and Group Strategy Officer. Her primary focus is on strategy development and implementation, as well as investing in and evaluating new innovative venture-related items. In 2015, she joined the Mahindra Group. As Chief Vice President of the Group's Strategic Office, she was instrumental in developing and implementing business, automotive, agriculture, hospitality, and electricity strategies. Suman previously worked at Cipla as the Head of Corporate Project Management, where he was in charge of launching over 300 products in the US, Europe, India, and other countries. She is also in charge of several specific projects in the director's office, as well as serving as the coordinator of the steering committee in charge of product and process-related operations and activities. Before joining Cipla, Suman was a partner at McKinsey & Company. She has worked on major manufacturing changes for several Fortune 500 companies in the US, India, and Singapore. Through her experience in global strategy, she has worked in several industries including pharmaceutical, automotive, speciality chemicals, retail, telecommunications, and technology, with a wide range of professions including strategic management professional, project management, sales, procurement, and manufacturing.
Rashmi Urdhwareshe, Former Director of the Automotive Research Association
Rashmi Urdhwareshe has been a board member of the Automotive Monitoring Association of India (ARAI) since 2014. She was known for the development of electronic control and emission measurement in irrigation tests and for setting up a distribution laboratory in India. Rashmi was born in Nagpur, and later obtained a master's degree in electronics from Pune College of Engineering. She has extensive experience in automotive research and development, testing and certification, and developing testing standards and regulations. She also received the Nari Shakti Puraskar in 2019 on International Women's Day from president Ram Nath Kovind. She has been felicitated for her extraordinary achievements in the automotive industry. She has received several other awards including the 2015 Women's Outstanding Achievement Award (Rotary and Pune), Outstanding Alumni Award, the Engineering Excellence Award 2017(SAE-India Foundation), the Lifetime Achievement Award 2018 (Trust ODSER), and Business Achievement Award in 2018. Apart from this, she is a Sitar player and a state-level bridge athlete.
